This doesn’t bother me too much. If I understand correctly, if you want to use this feature on other brands of dolls, and cheaper sex dolls don’t have screws or other plastic parts on the bottom of their feet, I wouldn’t mind too much either. However, in terms of realism, temperature issues seem to occur frequently.
